No pouring is required like other bio-ethanol unis once the bottle is inserted into the fuel burner, the seal is punctured and the fuel is released into the fuel reservoir. The flame is lit by an easy, one-touch electrronic igniter. The Illuma bio-ethanol log set can be refueled during use by simply lifting the hinged door and swapping out the fuel canisters. Each unit is crafted to resemble a realistic oak log stack and easily fits in existing open hearth fireplaces no special installation required. Illuma bio-ethanol log sets create no smoke and burn with ultra-low emissions. The flame snuffing device allows flames to be extinguished, or when partially closed, reduces flame burn height and extends the burning time.
